Community Manager – Luxe (Mile High)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for its Luxe portfolio at Mile High in Denver. The role oversees daily property operations, leads the on‑site team, and ensures financial and regulatory targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the assigned property, including staffing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
• Develop and monitor the property budget by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, oversee rent collection, and ensure timely posting of fees.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multi‑family housing regulations.
• Collaborate with corporate departments to drive revenue, occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property management or community management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and meet financial targets.

Required skills

• Budget analysis and financial reporting.
• Rent collection and revenue management.
• Regulatory compliance (Fair Housing, ADA, etc.).
