Maintenance Technician – Onyx

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for its Onyx property in Redmond. The role focuses on maintaining the physical condition of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet Greystar’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs promptly, including appliance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by performing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and coordinate external service providers.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative tasks on equipment.

Required profile

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
