About the role
The Maintenance Technician at Duraleigh Woods is responsible for performing technical and mechanical work to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas in excellent condition. This full‑time position supports the safety, appearance and functionality of a 362‑unit garden‑style community in Raleigh, NC.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and conduct preventative maintenance across the property.
- Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and applicable codes.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new leasing.
- Follow a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation as needed.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday with occasional on‑call duties.
- Based in or willing to work in Raleigh, North Carolina.
