Maintenance Supervisor – Summerwell Avian Pointe

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Summerwell Avian Pointe community, including grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time position works on‑site in Apopka, Florida, with a Monday‑Friday schedule and rotating on‑call duties.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Perform routine upkeep of the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to maintain appearance and functionality.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, conducting pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists and ensuring units are prepared for new move‑ins.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve mechanical or technical issues.
• Commitment to follow safety standards and regulatory codes.
