Maintenance Supervisor – Museum Tower

About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee technical and mechanical work for Museum Tower, ensuring that the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time onsite role requires a proactive approach to resident service requests, preventative maintenance, and preparation of vacant units.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies and code requirements.
- Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
- Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
- Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and materials needed for maintenance activities.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a residential or commercial property setting.
- Experience with capital project management and a desire to obtain CPO certification.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday with on‑call and weekend availability.
