Maintenance Supervisor for Azara Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical upkeep of the Azara mid‑rise property in San Francisco. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident‑initiated work orders and preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs and final quality checks.
• Track and replenish maintenance inventory, returning unused items and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible.

Required profile

• Available for on‑call duties with a schedule to be determined.
• Experience in plumbing, painting, electrical work, work‑order management and unit turnovers.
• Ability to coordinate vendors, manage inventory and complete detailed documentation.
