Maintenance Supervisor – Evening Shift

About the role

As a Maintenance Supervisor on the evening shift, you will lead a team of associates to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. You will assign tasks, monitor progress, manage work orders in SAP, and promote a culture of continuous improvement while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create a positive, productive environment where each associate can fully contribute.
• Train, coach, and develop associates through one‑on‑one and team sessions.
• Provide resources and information to enable problem‑solving and decision‑making.
• Guide the team to reduce technical stoppages and monitor equipment trends to minimize downtime.
• Draft procedures, schedule work in Kronos, manage supply and maintenance requests.
• Track key performance indicators and support evolution of maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent internships, co‑ops, military experience).
• Demonstrated leadership potential through work, academic projects, or extracurricular activities.
• CMRP certification or direct experience with maintenance planning/supervision preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems; experience with SAP or AMM is highly desirable.
