Maintenance Supervisor – Arcadia

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee technical and mechanical work to ensure the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role supports resident requests, routine upkeep and prepares vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine maintenance.
• Diagnose defects, perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creation of punch lists.
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of exterior buildings, landscaping, and community amenities.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours issues.

Required profile

• Experience in property or facilities maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair work.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and relevant building codes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple work orders efficiently.
