Maintenance Manager – Aspire at Towne Place

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Aspire community at Towne Place. The role ensures that all building interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply ordering and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and other community spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to prioritize work orders, manage vendor relationships and oversee a maintenance team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
