Live Production & Entertainment Intern (Fall Semester)

About the role

The Boston Celtics are seeking a motivated Live Production & Entertainment Intern for the fall semester. You will support the game‑day experience by assisting with in‑game promotions, coordinating performers, and handling logistical tasks that keep the arena running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate color guards, national anthem performers, halftime acts, and the junior dance team for each home game.
• Prepare and deliver game scripts, breakdowns, and flow sheets to the control room staff daily.
• Ensure prizes, waivers, and props for in‑game contests are ready and manage their set‑up and breakdown.
• Provide Jumbotron feed copies to various departments after each game.
• Assist stage managers and the promotions team with the execution of contests and special events.
• Participate in sponsor, community, and season‑ticket‑holder events.
• Support planning for auditions and brainstorm new promotions (summer internship duties).
• Perform general office administrative duties as needed.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
