About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Yardly Cross Creek community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth signing process.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm they are ready for new residents.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and support resident renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to drive occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing, sales, or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build resident satisfaction.
• Proven ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
