Leasing Professional – Waterleaf Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Waterleaf community in Murrells Inlet. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Manage lease renewals and retain existing residents by addressing their needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that meet occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekend coverage.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple leasing transactions simultaneously.
