About the role

Join Greystar as a Leasing Professional at The Exchange at Bayfront, a stabilized mid‑rise community of 172 units in Hercules, California. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all leasing activities and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, greet and qualify prospective residents, and process lease applications.
• Achieve community occupancy and revenue goals through effective sales and leasing activities.
• Manage lease renewals and maintain ongoing resident relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lease term.
• Collaborate with the property team to support marketing and community events.

Required profile
