Leasing Professional – The Exchange at Bayfront

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join The Exchange at Bayfront, a 172‑unit stabilized mid‑rise community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing, marketing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and support resident move‑in and lease signing processes.

Required profile
