Leasing Professional – Solana at Duarte Station

About the role

The Leasing Professional will support marketing, leasing and renewal activities for Solana at Duarte Station, a 292‑unit lease‑up community. The role focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring satisfaction throughout the lease term, and driving renewals to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents.
• Conduct community tours and present leasing options.
• Prepare, process and manage lease applications and documentation.
• Handle resident inquiries and provide ongoing satisfaction support.
• Coordinate move‑in and move‑out procedures.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reporting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional initiatives.
• Achieve weekly and monthly leasing and occupancy goals.
• Support resident retention and lease renewal efforts.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Availability to work Thursday‑Monday, including weekends, 9 am‑6 pm.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Duarte property.
