Leasing Professional – Residential Community

About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a stabilized community of 295 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, coordinate move‑in paperwork, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Manage lease renewals and retention initiatives to meet occupancy goals.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and report on key performance metrics.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of leasing experience (affordable housing experience is a plus but not required).
- Availability to work weekends as needed.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
