Leasing Professional – Republic House at Frisco Bridges

About the role

This position coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. It handles all leasing activities for new residents, ensures resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and drives lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities: greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and facilitate smooth move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit quality by daily inspections, coordinating maintenance, merchandising, and preparing the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, or cards to ensure satisfaction and secure lease decisions.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal letters, contacting residents before move‑out dates, and ensuring timely execution of renewal documents.

Required profile

• Must hold all state and local licenses/certifications required for leasing activities.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to respond to calls as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.
