Leasing Professional – Redmond

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join its Redmond community. You will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person apartment tours, and follow‑up communications.
• Ensure a seamless move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.
• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience (or a strong can‑do attitude).
• Professional appearance and high level of professionalism.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete legal leasing documents and explain apartment features.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi (preferred).
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as OneSite (preferred).
