Maintenance Supervisor – Seattle

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of its North Seattle multifamily community. You will ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise up to five maintenance employees and coordinate outside vendors.
• Develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards for the property.
• Perform and oversee hot‑water heater repairs, basic carpentry, and roofing maintenance.
• Manage resident work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in budgeting for routine repairs, maintenance, and capital expenses.

Required profile

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of hot‑water heater repair, basic carpentry, and various roofing systems (shingle, BUR membrane, EPDM).
• Professional demeanor and appropriate dress code.
