Leasing Professional – Pinnacle Terrace

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Pinnacle Terrace community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage prospect data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Experience performing sales and leasing activities in a residential community.
• Ability to inspect and prepare apartments for resident move‑in.
• Knowledge of market trends and ability to develop marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with property management software and internet marketing tools.
