Leasing Professional – NYC & Westchester County

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a Greystar community in NYC and Westchester County, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show unit standards and ensure community presentation aligns with company quality expectations.
