Leasing Professional – North Oaks Landing

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and revenue for North Oaks Landing, a stabilized garden‑style community in Raleigh, NC. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience throughout their tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and apartment showings.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate resident move‑ins.
• Achieve community occupancy and revenue targets through effective leasing activities.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and manage lease renewal processes.
• Work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekend coverage as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing, property management, or a related sales role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating weekends and adapt to community needs.
