Leasing Professional (Lease Up) – Residential Leasing

About the role

The Leasing Professional (Lease Up) will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for the Residences at Silver Ridge community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while supporting resident retention and renewal initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth signing process.
• Inspect units prior to occupancy and coordinate any necessary preparations.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and update resident information in the property management system.
• Assist existing residents with lease renewals and address any concerns to promote retention.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Sales‑driven mindset focused on achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the community positively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using property‑management or leasing software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a plus.
