Leasing Professional – High Rise Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a stabilized high‑rise community of 329 units in Atlanta. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals while delivering exceptional service throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage prospective residents.
• Flexibility to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends.
• Attention to detail for lease documentation and apartment inspections.
• Ability to stay informed about local market trends.
