About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and revenue for Ambrosio Apartments by managing all aspects of the leasing process. This full‑time position focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and supporting lease renewals to maintain high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and follow up on lease renewals.
