About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional for Central Park East in Bellevue, WA. The role is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote available units and conduct tours for prospective residents.
• Process applications, negotiate lease terms and ensure accurate lease documentation.
• Maintain resident relationships, address inquiries and coordinate lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to implement community‑wide leasing strategies.
• Track leasing metrics and report on occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals.
