Leasing Professional – Boardwalk at Town Center

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Boardwalk at Town Center community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends to inform occupancy and sales strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email to generate traffic.
• Track apartment availability, prospect data, and leasing activity using on‑site property management software.
• Maintain show unit standards and ensure community presentation meets Greystar’s quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to qualify and engage prospects.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, credit screening, and lease documentation.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.
• Detail‑oriented approach to unit inspections and move‑in readiness.
