Leasing Professional – Bennet at Bullstreet

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for the Bennet at Bullstreet community. You will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities to meet revenue, occupancy, and resident‑retention goals for a stabilized mid‑rise property.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives based on market and competitor analysis.
• Maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, inspect units for marketability, and create merchandising displays.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure property appearance and safety standards.
• Generate and monitor traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Use property‑management software to produce leasing reports and track performance.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing, property management, or residential real‑estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market trends and competitor activity.
• Ability to lead a leasing team and coordinate with maintenance staff.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
