Leasing Professional – Bella Mirage Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Bella Mirage community will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities. You will guide prospects through tours, applications and move‑in, and maintain strong relationships with current residents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect and ready apartments for move‑in, coordinating with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, resident data and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, phone or handwritten notes to ensure satisfaction and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• All state and local licensing required for leasing activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook and email campaigns.
