Leasing Professional – Bay Court at Harbour Pointe

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional for Bay Court at Harbour Pointe, a 420‑unit garden‑style community in Mukilteo. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person tours, and process applications, credit checks, and lease agreements.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure show units meet company standards.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including social media, referral programs, and employer outreach.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, resident data, and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via phone, email, and thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate resolutions with appropriate teams.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience or a strong, can‑do attitude.
• Professional demeanor and appearance, with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
