Senior Maintenance Technician – Bay Court at Harbour Pointe

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician for its Bay Court at Harbour Pointe community. You will ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and work orders promptly, including appliance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins through the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with vendor management and related duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and mechanical systems.

Required profile

• Proven knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• High level of professionalism in appearance and conduct.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
