Leasing Professional – Apartment Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Ambrosio Apartments team in Pflugerville. You will be the front‑line representative responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Experience with OneSite or Yardi property management systems.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
