About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Alta 87 community will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience from inquiry through move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase apartment units.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm readiness and coordinate any necessary preparations.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and facilitate lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing and property‑management teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Experience handling leasing applications, credit checks, and background screenings.
• Attention to detail for preparing lease documents and ensuring move‑in readiness.
