Leasing Professional – 240 Dolores Community

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join the 240 Dolores community in San Francisco. In this entry‑level position you will drive occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate records of availability, traffic and leasing activity using the on‑site property management software.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with relatable sales or customer‑service experience.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
