Leasing Manager – Townhome Community (Oaks at Wendell)

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the marketing, sales and leasing operations for Oaks at Wendell, a new townhome community in Wendell, NC. The role oversees all activities that drive revenue, occupancy and resident satisfaction, working closely with maintenance, marketing and leasing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and digital advertising to generate qualified traffic.
• Set rent pricing, concessions and leasing incentives based on market analysis.
• Monitor daily leasing activity, ensure an inventory of “ready” units and achieve occupancy targets.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans aligned with competitor conditions.
• Collaborate with maintenance to maintain property appearance, safety standards and unit marketability.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Generate regular sales and leasing reports using the company’s property management software.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing operations for residential communities, preferably townhomes.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies and advertising channels.
• Ability to lead and motivate a leasing team while coordinating with cross‑functional departments.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software for reporting and unit tracking.
