Leasing Manager – The Heights at Legend Hills

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead the marketing, advertising, and leasing efforts for The Heights at Legend Hills community. This position is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic planning and day‑to‑day management of leasing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Monitor daily sales and leasing activities, ensuring the leasing team meets performance goals.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, adjusting strategies to sustain occupancy.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans and creative leasing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage and direct community marketing, advertising, and leasing operations.
• Experience leading a leasing team and achieving occupancy and revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor analysis.
