Leasing Manager – Lock Vista

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager for the Lock Vista community in Seattle. The role oversees all marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing activities to meet revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and monitor day‑to‑day leasing activities.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions; develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Create and execute advertising strategies using available technology and property‑management software.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance and safety standards.
• Inspect “ready” units, create mini‑models, and employ merchandising techniques to enhance salability.
• Generate and monitor traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Review and analyze financial reports, traffic data, and closing ratios.

Required profile

• Ability to manage and direct leasing team members.
• Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
• Experience overseeing advertising and pricing strategies.
