Leasing Manager for Lock Vista Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing operations for the Lock Vista community in Seattle. The role oversees marketing, advertising, sales activities, and the leasing team to meet revenue, occupancy, and resident retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to drive qualified leads.
• Manage on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Monitor day‑to‑day sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions and adjust short‑ and long‑term marketing plans accordingly.
• Lead and develop leasing team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing operations for multifamily residential properties.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and occupancy optimization.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate cross‑functional resources.
