Leasing Manager – Co/Relate West Adams (Student Living)

About the role

The Leasing Manager for Co/Relate West Adams will lead all marketing, sales, and leasing activities for this student‑living community in Los Angeles. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures revenue and occupancy targets are met while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing and advertising strategies, including print and online campaigns, to generate qualified traffic.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives based on market analysis and competitor activity.
• Oversee on‑site leasing team, monitor daily sales activities, and ensure a ready inventory of lease‑up apartments.
• Collaborate with maintenance to guarantee that unit presentation, safety standards, and community appearance meet Greystar’s brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of “ready” units, create mini‑model displays, and apply merchandising techniques to enhance marketability.
• Generate and analyze leasing reports using Greystar’s property management software to track traffic, conversion rates, and financial performance.
• Qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and manage move‑in procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans that respond to changing market conditions and support sustained occupancy.
