Leasing Manager – Ailsa Village

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead all marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for the Ailsa Village community, ensuring revenue, occupancy, and resident retention targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing and concessions, and oversee daily leasing operations.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create and execute print and online advertising campaigns, leveraging technology and property management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance and safety, inspect ready units, and use merchandising techniques such as mini‑models.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing teams and community marketing.
• Strong understanding of local rental market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Ability to set pricing strategies, concessions, and leasing incentives.
• Excellent coordination with maintenance and operations teams.
