Leasing Manager – Ailsa Village

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead all leasing and marketing activities for Ailsa Village, a stabilized 130‑unit cottage‑style community in Myrtle Beach. Reporting to senior management, the role is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through effective team leadership and market‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to generate qualified leads.
• Oversee sales activities, on‑site traffic, and ensure a ready inventory of apartments.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and monitor day‑to‑day leasing operations.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions to adjust strategies and meet occupancy goals.
• Lead and develop leasing team members, coordinating schedules (Mon‑Fri 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekends).
• Maintain resident retention initiatives and achieve established revenue targets.
