About the role
Mastercard’s People & Capability Engineering team is looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives that modernize the employee technology platform and improve the overall employee experience. You will work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of platform enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and accountability for multi‑workstream projects aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery across workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, and roadblocks.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define data and functional requirements.
- Create high‑quality business and functional specifications to guide design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Coordinate reviews, revisions, documentation, and communication of product enhancements.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones, user testing, and stakeholder updates.
- Prepare and deliver clear documentation, presentations, and demos for cross‑functional audiences.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading complex HR technology programs.
- Strong ability to manage large, multi‑disciplinary teams and drive consensus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
