Lead Business Systems Analyst – SAP

About the role

JMA is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst to own the operationalization of its SAP roadmap. You will act as the primary functional authority, translating high‑level business vision into scalable SAP solutions while guiding a team of analysts and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage the SAP roadmap, creating project plans, budgets, and resource allocations for high‑impact initiatives.
• Convert business objectives into detailed functional specifications, ensuring clear business value before technical design.
• Author and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP configurations, business processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Lead change‑management activities, including rigorous UAT, stakeholder sign‑off, and continuity safeguards.
• Develop test plans and scripts, and drive initiatives to improve data quality.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and offshore resources to enforce architectural standards.
• Mentor SAP specialists, fostering best‑practice adoption and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8 years of SAP functional consulting experience delivering solutions in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Strong ERP knowledge and cross‑functional understanding of business processes.
