About the role
Alaro, an AI-native law firm, is seeking a qualified lawyer to blend high‑stakes legal execution with cutting‑edge automation. You will work on complex client matters while translating those processes into repeatable steps for AI agents.
Key responsibilities
- Execute high‑volume transactional legal work to elite‑firm standards.
- Codify legal workflows into precise, repeatable plans for AI automation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to monitor AI output and refine product feedback loops.
Required profile
- 3‑8 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) at a top‑tier firm.
- Strong transactional background with a process‑obsessed mindset.
- Commercially pragmatic and able to translate unfamiliar matters into scalable processes.
