About the role

The Lab Support Technician I provides essential laboratory support services at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. This position is classified as Clinical Staff – Medical Ancillary Support and is a regular, full‑time role.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day laboratory operations and support clinical staff as needed.
• Maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
• Help ensure equipment is functional and ready for use.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, are eligible to apply.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States is required on the first day of employment.
