Kid's Designer: Beauty & Hair (Hybrid)

About the role

We are building the future of kids’ products—playful, expressive, and experience‑led. As a Cross‑Category Kids Designer you will create trend‑driven collections that focus on beauty and hair, shaping accessories, lifestyle and gifting items that kids can play with, share and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and design collections across accessories, gifting and experiential products, with beauty and hair as the core theme.
• Develop innovative beauty‑and‑hair experiences such as styling kits, DIY formats and interactive collectible items.
• Build cohesive product worlds that connect multiple categories while maintaining a strong beauty identity.
• Design products for play, discovery and repeat engagement, encouraging “get ready with me” moments, customization and social sharing.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Brand & Marketing, Planning and Production to balance creativity, commercial goals, timelines and quality.
• Stay ahead of trends in beauty, hair, accessories and play, identifying whitespace opportunities and driving continuous product evolution.

Required profile

• Designer who puts kids’ behavior first—curious, expressive and experience‑driven.
• Passionate about beauty and hair with a clear point of view on how they are explored by children.
• Comfortable working across categories in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in kids’ products or beauty.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with AI‑powered design tools.
• Understanding of materials, product development and retail environments.
