Junior Project Manager – Pharma Brand Launch (Freelance)

About the role

Our client, a leading pharma‑focused agency in New York City, is looking for a freelance junior‑level Project Manager to support an upcoming high‑profile brand launch. This full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week contract starts immediately and combines remote work with occasional on‑site meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day project management for the pharmaceutical launch.
• Develop and maintain timelines, scopes, and project plans across multiple workstreams.
• Partner closely with strategy, creative, medical, and account teams.
• Ensure deliverables stay on track, within scope, and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identify risks and drive solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing pharma or healthcare marketing projects, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong launch experience (brand or product launch required).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
