Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Junior Graphic Designer will translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visual content across digital channels for a leading active‑wear brand. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, you will work closely with Marketing, Creative, Project Management and CRM teams to shape the brand’s visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute digital designs that align with marketing goals and ensure timely delivery.
• Design and update website elements such as homepage slides, banners, landing pages, and templates.
• Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, merchandising and project teams to create engaging email campaigns and social‑media assets.
• Maintain consistency in visual branding across all digital channels.
• Develop print materials, including promotional flyers and product inserts.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in ecommerce or fashion, or an equivalent internship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Web Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools such as Figma and prototyping platforms.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of web typography, photography and visual storytelling.
