Junior Account Executive

About the role

The Guess? Product Licensing team is looking for a Junior Account Executive to support the growth of its international licensed business. You will work across multiple Guess? lines, helping to coordinate product assortments, maintain brand standards, and support regional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support GUESS, GUESS Jeans, Marciano, Kids, and Active/Underwear/Lingerie lines in assigned territories.
• Prepare and set up seasonal showrooms four times a year and present collections to regional partners.
• Collaborate with the Global Buying team to align regional assortments with seasonal direction and brand standards.
• Collect, organize, and process purchase orders from accounts for accurate execution.
• Assist in reviewing post‑market assortments and ensure they meet brand guidelines.
• Distribute tech packs and manage TOP samples to guarantee production accuracy.
• Analyze sales data, identify best and slow sellers, and contribute to merchandising strategies.
• Participate in monthly licensee calls, create action plans, and support market growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in account management, sales, or licensing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global and regional teams.
• Interest in fashion accessories and brand integrity.
