Investor Engagement Early Career Internship

About the role

Join Invesco’s Investor Engagement Summer Internship and gain hands‑on experience in a global investment firm. Over a 9‑week program starting June 2027, you will work alongside seasoned professionals, receive one‑on‑one mentorship, and build a network that can launch your finance career.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on assigned tasks and initiatives.
• Attend team meetings, complete projects on schedule, and present findings to management.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Seek feedback from mentors and team members to support learning and growth.
• Participate in training sessions and networking events to develop technical and professional skills.
• Champion AI‑enabled ways of working and incorporate AI technologies into daily tasks.
• Leverage existing AI platforms to streamline manual processes, enhance analysis, and support team execution.
• Share best‑practice insights to help teams integrate AI effectively.

Required profile

• Current university student pursuing a degree related to finance, economics, or business.
• Strong interest in investments and investor relations.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
